Professional Responsibility (PR) is one of the most crucial components of the Ontario bar exam. It is extremely important to understand and know this subject well in order to identify and answer the PR related questions in a correct and time effective manner. This 3-hour course covers several fundamental lawyer ethics, regulation and professional responsibility concepts while answering student questions.

Barrister substantive essentials Course

SCHEDULED DATES: 1, 4, 11 Month / Year

Duration: 4 hours

The Barrister substantive essentials Course covers selected critical sections and topics for the barrister study areas of Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, Family Law and Public Law.

The instructor will cover specific important concepts from each of these subject areas and review selected practice questions. Students must have their study materials and indices printed and bound in order to attempt practice questions.

The desired outcome of the course is for students to learn how to correctly identify issues asked in the questions and use the right techniques to navigate through their materials to find the correct answer quickly.

Solicitor substantive essentials Course

SCHEDULED DATES: 1, 4, 11 Month / Year

Duration: 4 hours

The Solicitor substantive essentials Course covers selected critical sections and topics for the solicitor study areas of Business Law, Estate Planning and Real Estate Law.

The instructor will cover specific important concepts from each of these subject areas and review selected practice questions. Students must have their study materials and indices printed and bound in order to attempt practice questions.

Join us for a focus group course that delves deeper into the selected subject area and covers various fundamental topics of the subject that are discussed conceptually to enable and prepare students to answer exam questions with confidence. Students will be also provided with a set of notes and numerous practice questions.
